What we are experiencing right now????? It  is resumed consumer confidence. We are back to many properties being "pending" meaning there is an offer already on the property if it is priced right.  With the interest rates so incredibly low the market is moving quite rapidly so while the ones that think they can wait it out they are actually the ones missing out on the properties that are priced right.
